In the name of innovation, the College of Health Solutions at Arizona State University was challenged to reimagine itself to be better positioned to solve major health challenges. The college executed a new plan which included dissolving five existing departments — all within one year. The college’s web team supported the new plan by building a new intranet, removing nearly 400 external web pages associated with old departments, and publishing content to reflect the new vision and structure.
In this session, you’ll learn how to:
– Plan web projects during organizational changes with limited resources and information.
– Define business objectives while dealing with moving targets.
– Identify web marketing and communications tactics that support college reorgs.
