Did your VP say, “We need a better way to get these parents and families involved. Can we poke them on Facebook?” In this session, see how a small private liberal arts college harnessed the power of Facebook groups to guide new students and their parents/guardians through college enrollment. Ideal for schools and programs looking to develop a more personalized relationship with their new students and their families, as well as more closely collaborate with other campus offices during the onboarding process for the new incoming class.
